Because our products are made to order, most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfilment location.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to supported shipping destinations — no minimum spend required. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–9 business days
Canada: 9–11 business days
United Kingdom: 4–5 business days
Australia: 6–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to the shipping carrier, customs processing, destination, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, INLIGHTEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at inlighteniq@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all INLIGHTEN products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at inlighteniq@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
