Do your items run true to size?
Most of our t-shirts fit true to size. Some of our hoodies run slightly small, if that's the case for a specific style, it will be clearly noted on that product's page with a sizing tip.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements, we recommend checking this before ordering to find your best fit.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because each item is made specifically for you, we're only able to accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size due to our error
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since every item is custom made for you, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production starts.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 24–48 business hours for your order to be made before it ships. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order, to every country and region! Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
United States: 5–7 business days
Canada: 5–13 business days
United Kingdom: 7–13 business days
All other countries: 7–25 business days, depending on your location
