Returns and Refunds

Because every INLIGHTEN product is custom printed to order, we only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Customers should contact inlighteniq@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can review your request.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Sale items
• Gift cards
